AUTOLAND IS A BIG SCAM they tell all their customers who want to buy used vehicles that any imperfections will be taken care of before you get the car by the “detail department” meanwhile there’s no actual detail department. My car was given to me with scratches and windows looking all messed up. I have come in for issues with my car and left with the same issue

If I could give them a 0 I would. After purchasing a car from there 6 months later the battery goes. Come to find out from my companies mechanic (which keep in mind I work for the state) the complete wrong battery was in the car. After I bring it back to autoland and being told I would receive a refund check for the battery by the service department manager Alan, I STILL have not received anything and it's been 3 months! Emails and phone calls to Alan have not been returned. This place is a joke. I should have listened when people told me to avoid Autoland at all cost! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
3- they charged me 1 hour for tucking the carpet in which takes no more than 5 minutes.
I took the car to another mechanic, who properly diagnosed the issue as needing a new alternator. Not believing that the 2 mechanics could have such a different write up of my Jeep, I asked 2nd mechanic to look at throttle body and water pump. No issue whatsoever. I had alternator replaced for under $1k and the car runs fine.
Jeep service is awful. Only reason I still go is because I still have 1 more free oil change.
2- asked them to tuck in carpet, since it came undone & they did a half ass job and as soon as I pulled the seat forward it came undone.
I called the service manager after, explained the situation and the manager assured me he would "make it right". Growing tired of following up for 2 weeks, I gave up.
I wish I could give a negative rating. We took our Jeep here because there was a loud vibration under the hood. After paying $130 for a diagnostic, we were told the throttle body of the Jeep needed to be fixed and that there was an issue with the water pump. Our estimated bill if we had service performed was $4k.
I would not recommend taking your car here for service, ever. The KBB of my Jeep at the time of service was $5k, their estimated cost of repair was $4k. I truly believe they we're trying to get me to trade it in for a car from their lot. Avoid this dealer/service center at all costs.
I cannot say enough good things about Auto Land! Mark Montenero, Michael Maffuci and Ed Nugent were amazing from start to finish! I am starting a business and needed a good commercial vehicle.
